I have planned for

  • Vipassana - 15 July 2 PM - 26 July 7 AM
  • Now if I want to use my time well, I must minimize the amount of time I spend on the computer.
  1. Going to use it only from 11-12.
  2. Minimize the webbrowsing time on the lappy.
  3. No more checking mails, bitseduce, when you use the net, check the investopedia.com
  • I want to read my radical honesty book.
  • I want to find out about CFA.
  • I also want to read and think.
    Take Walks,
  • I am going to buy a sound recorder.

No pressure.
I want to do these things and I enjoy doing them. :)

3 x 5 7.5 Squats. Comfortable with good form. Was feeling the burn. Got to get the shoes
3 x 10 Bench . Check the form. Lots of burn
4 pullups :( :(

Squat 3 x 7.5 Squats ( Was difficult )
I dont concentrate on the workout
Burn, Burn Baby Burn
Press 3 x 5
Last Set . Fucking Tough.
Form not very clean on all sets.
Pullups 1 . Difficult. :)

3 sets of 5 reps each ( bar + 5Kgs on each side )

Press -
2 warmup sets of bar
2 sets of 5 reps seach ( bar + 5 Kgs ) Form not very good
1 set of 5 reps ( bar + 2.5 ) Ok Form

Learn, Grow, Live

I have no idea how not to make this blog pretentious. Except that it is anonymous so I dont really care that much. I have this blog as a chronicle of my attempts to learn stuff. I will be constantly setting targets for myself and updating here on a daily basis about the progress I make. It will be useful for people who in the future intend to learn the same thing or similar things. I hope this will help anyone who comes across this blog. I hope it helps me. I will post my next 30 day project in a new blog post so everything is nice and organized. These are some of the things that I hope to learn some day and will cross offf the list as they are covered. I will also edit this and ask you to leave suggestions and comments as you see fit. I am not too much for censorship either so feel free to mock my attempts :)
